Default Losing my nerve with AKs

When my oppenent kept pushing back, was I right to back off?

Where did you lose your nerve again? I think you milked it for all it was worth and I think you slowed down at the appropriate time.

Here's hoping he had an overplayed AQ. Any reads, btw?

I would slow down at the same exact point.. putting him on AK. There's no need to pay more money to the rake.

I wouldn't raise the turn. either he's a LAG or your best hope is a chop

then I play it the same way, since AQ is now possible. against an unknown I wouldn't raise the turn because AA is much more probable than AQ and will 3-bet you

I would just call down the turn and river. I don't think he has a 7. He is playing it like he has pocket AA, but he could also have AK (in this case you split) or AQ.
