Default I like to see showdowns.

Villain in this hand is a uber fish, he really doesn't seem to know what's going on. Has sucked out on the river 2 of the last 5 hands or so winning big pots. Playing loose and wild it seems.

I fold preflop, but rest looks fine. He will probably check A-high through mostly, so your hand is pretty good for catching a bluff

I fold this preflop, KJo is as low as I go, though KTs I play and I also raise QJo so that might be in contradiction. Perhaps someone could answer that should I be playing QJo from UTG with a raise?

I don't really like the call on the river pot just doesn't seem big enough for someone to be likely bluffing at it, I guess it could be an ok call to produce a tough table image. It's close but I don't think i'll do it often.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn your hand was good this time, but I don't think it's a call, because he's betting into two players. I especially wouldn't call if he's seen you call down with a king or ace high before.
If you've not called one down before, and it's heads-up, then it might be best to raise, if only to see how he reacts (does he call with bottom pair here, for example? Will he reraise with top pair?)
