Default Multi-tabling

Just curious how everyone multi-tables...I have played 2 tables at once and still have a little trouble when I happen to be playing a hand at both tables. How in the world can someone play 8 tables at once?

I'm on a good upswing right now and would like to maximize some profits, but I also like watching how other players play when I'm not in the hand.

Do you use multiple monitors? Set the resolution so small you can get 4 to a screen?

If you use 1600x1200 resolution you can fit four Party windows on one screen. I have never tried four tabeling but I do play three tables, the last quarter of the screen holds my PT game time windows. And no, that doesn't leave much room for surfing the web or doing anything else at the same time.
