Looking for a place to stay in AC...during Prez Day weekend

I'll be going to AC for a few days during the Prez Day weekend in Feb. I'm trying to find a condo/studio timeshare for a good deal. Perhaps the owner wont be able to use it that weekend and be able to "rent" it to me? Anyone have any information on how I can do this? A website or two?? I know this is a long shot...
