Default Live game structure question

I commonly play the 2/3 blind $100 max/min buy-in at Hollywood Park. The players there are usually pretty loose passive, but there's a pretty good amount of diversity. What is the best way to play these tables? I tend to be very tight-agressive; should I be UBER-aggressive because of the short stack I'm forced to start with? Has anyone played this particular game (at HP or another LA casino) before? Any advice would be appreciated - I'm a pretty decent player, and I'm way better than most of the idiots at "The Park," but I still have a ton to learn.
