4-Flush Board, River Decision
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed)
Preflop: Hero is BB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $2. UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, 2 folds, CO (poster) checks, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks. Flop: (7 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (7 players) SB checks, Hero bets, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, CO folds, Button raises, SB folds, Hero 3-bets, UTG+1 folds, Button caps, Hero calls. Turn: (8 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero checks, Button bets, Hero calls. River: (10 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players) Hero bets... No reads, as this was literally my first hand at the table and I hadn't played with button before. Do you bet this or go for a check-raise here? I figured a bet was better because it saves it from getting checked through if button is passive (and doesn't hold a big spade), and it would suck to check-raise into the As or Ks. Any disagreement with the bet or the rest of the hand? |
