Default ATs on button

SB is very loose preflop (65% VP$IP, 100% complete SB) and fairly passive post flop (.88 ag factor). BB is also very loose preflop (63% VP$IP) and is slightly more aggressive post flop (1.28 ag factor).

This looks like an obvious call given the flop raise - you're 1:3 for the river for 2 very strong hands.
Even though you can't rule out K8 or J8, folding is out of the question. Look to raise the river when you punch the straight or the flush and call if an A falls, otherwise drop.

What do you think about raising here? I'm pretty sure that it would be right to raise this with more opponents, but would it be right to raise it here with only 2 other people in the pot (with one of them still left to act)?

I can't see any reason to raise here. SB is loose enough that he will probably call for 2 bets any hand that he would call for 1. Set yourself up for the river raise if you hit and save a bet if you miss.

Why do you want to raise when:

1 - You're losing to the BB
1a - A free showdown is worthless to you
2 - You only have 2 opponents (so you're not getting enough value on your raise)
2a - SB may fold when faced with calling 2 cold
3 - You may get 3-bet
4 - You can fold to the river bet if you don't improve
5 - You can easily make up the lost turn bet if you hit your Q or [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
