Default He keeps raising preflop

This was the 4th hand after I sat down at this table, and this player raised every one of them. The first time, he bet the flop, and then folded to a turn bet. He won the other 2 without showing.

FOLDS. You might be dominated, do you really want to pay it down to explore the risk? Not I!

Tink about it.... the pot is only 4 SB.... why are you even doubting yourself...

But stay at the table. If he keeps doing this, eventually he will pay you handsomly for his mistake.

...Fold.
Against a loose raiser hands like Q9s loose value while hands like 88 and 99 gain value. Any game with a lot of raising PF requires you to tighten up slightly and increases the value of big unsuited cards and middle/big pairs.
