Default nut flush with a pair on the board + a river check-raise

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 4 folds, Hero calls, SB completes, BB raises, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, SB calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets, UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (8 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB calls, BB calls.

River: (11 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, BB folds, Hero ...

First off, BB was a total LAG... he was raising pretty often then showing down 85o and the likes. No good read on SB -- there were a couple maniacs at the table, but he wasn't one of them.

All that said, what's the river play? I obviously will not fold this, but I couldn't decide between calling and 3-betting. I don't think he would make this play with just trips (4-flush on the board and all), but it seems like a K-high flush would be as likely as a boat* (it's party, so T2, T3, and T6 from the SB are not out of the question). Seems like I can either call and curse myself for being weak-tight, or 3-bet and curse at my monitor when it gets capped.

*In the heat of the moment, I didn't actually count the possible boat hands vs possible high flushes.

Do you really have to ask? 3-bet.

I think this is a re-raise. It's more than likely that he has another high heart. And I don't think he would have check-called on the turn if he had a 10; you never know though.
