Tough call. Any reads on the player? You should have reraised on the flop. Then if he reraised or pushed, you could lay it down knowing you were beat. If he called, that would have been a nice move, but I doubt he would just call w/ all those hearts on board (i think it would be fold or push decision for him).

Also, I don't like the raise all-in. You've got the naked ace and an overpair. If you are set on this hand, you might consider calling. There's really no way he is going to lay down to your allin, after he committed himself w/ the $30 raise on the turn.

It's tough, but I think I'd fold once the 30 dollar bet was made. Unless he's on some sort of draw (and I'm not sure what draw that would be cause you have the Ah), he's probably got some sort of decent hand. While you will beat JJ, QQ, KK, this person limped preflop, suggesting that he probably doesn't have one of these hands. If he's made the flush or made a set, the two likely hands he could have, you're a pretty major underdog.

However, I would have raised the flop to see where you were at in this hand. If you raised to 15 or so, you could have seen where you were at and folded to a reraise.

If he re-raises the flop and is re-raised (and hypothetically lays it down) then he loses his re-draw to the nuts. Thats not good.

Why no reads? You have both been at the table long enough to win at least one pot, you're $35 above the buy in and hes $25...

If you are planning on calling an all on the turn then you should raise the flop and call it then when you have two chances for your redraw.
