Hey,

I would have loved to stay and play off this bonus as well as others
but your software SUCKS so bad (read . . too slow to multi-table) that I
could not stand it any longer. I generally play 2-3 tables at a time
(read . . more rake for you) but this is next to impossible to do at your
site so . . . . let me know if you speed up your software anytime soon and I'll be back for sure.

Cheers

XXXX

We expect to be able to continue offering uninterrupted service from this
point forward. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience
caused by the temporary outage. Thank you very much for your patience and
understanding.

The buy in fees have been reimbursed for the tournaments that got
disconnected.

If nothing else, it makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over to now know that Party Poker is not the ONLY site that has support staff that is this far out to lunch !

Absolute had a big server outage last night. It wiped out all ongoing tourneys. I can imagine everyone e-mailed them to complain.

Your e-mail is timed about 20 minutes after the outage. Of course, your e-mail was misread, but the place must have been a madhouse after the tourneys were shut down.
