I'm not sure you can raise the river, because the turn raise could be of the "HA! I have a King and will raise on the expensive street" variety. Any other crap he raised preflop that got there (i.e two diamonds), thank him. River stop and go could be a flopped set that now wants to bet and call a raise in case you have a king whereas he would have checkraised anything else.

It seems more likely than not you're certainly ahead on the turn. I don't see what he'd be CR you with other than a slowplayed set, so i'd assume you're still ahead. The river bet smells fishy. I would expect a Kx to CR here.

Wouldn't KQ, KJ usually check-call the river after all that turn action afraid of AK, or full boat? I suppose that is also player dependent.
