With middle pair and a flush draw HU against the SB I'm raising and capping the flop, and I'm raising if bet into on the turn and I'd consider capping depending on the opponent.

Nice hand.

I like your line if SB is a LAP. If the SB is a TAP, then I would be more tempted to raise the flop to see where I stood, also potentially buying a free card on the turn.

Looks like it turned out ok for you.

I might reraise this PF to push back on the SB if you know he is on a steal.

Personally, I fold preflop. These situations are rare in online micro-limit games. Let him have this $2 pot and you can get back to winning the $20 pots.

Ill raise like 80% of the time if it's just me and BB so if you fold something as strong as J8s you are giving up too much

Well, the next time I'm up against you (or any good player), I'll be sure to play back (Actually, I probably won't. I pick games where there are plenty of fish to get involved with pots in and would rather not get involved with a fairly marginal hand heads up against another competent player.). However, most Party micro fish aren't that good, and very rarely does it ever fold around to the SB. In fact, this happens so infrequently that I don't think I'm giving up much at all.

Fold pre-flop.
