bet the turn, call any check-raises check the river or call a river bet |

Cap pre-flop, flop (capped) is fine, bet the turn and consider your options if raised, and definitely value bet the river if the turn is checked around. For the Q on the turn to mean anything, your opp would have to have either JT (for the flopped straight anyhow), or QQ.
