Default Milestones.

There is a post like this in the Micro limit forum. I'm just curious what everbodies current goal(s) are? Mine has been to break $1,000. I did it FINALLY today. My next goal is to make 3k so i can take a shot at the 5/10 on party poker.

In March my goal was to have a BR big enough to play 10/20 and 15/30 before the end of the year and feel comfortable playing there.

Nemesis,

My current personal challenge is $16,000 in 68 days. Just a motivational tool to have as much money saved as possible before I get married next year.

BTW, this is 4-tabling on Party at 5/10 6max. The goal is to play 7000 hands a week (I also work full-time ). I set my conservative win-rate at 2.5 bb/100 hands and figure I should have $16,000 by December 1. So far, so good.

My current goal is to clear all of my bonuses, and to learn how to fold. I call down far too often.

Amen edge, i know the feeling. Somethign that has helped me is to tighten up some preflop...(I was rather loose for my skill level postflop). This eliminates MANY of the questionable situations postflop that you run into.

My original goal was to have 25k by the time I graduated, but I've recently bumped it up to 50k.

I think my goals are somewhere between not losing all my money, and moving up to the 15/30 game by the end of the year.

Make the transition to SH games and have a ~3bb/100 win rate in the 5/10 by the end of the year.

On January 1 I set my goal for calendar year 2004 was to earn $20 an hour and play 1500 hours at 5/10 6max. ($30,000)

As of the end of September I've played 900 hours earning about $28.40 an hour (I moved to 10/20 6max in July and had a disastrous August).

listen to me good jujujaja34. spend at least half of that before you tie the knot. if you fail in this mission, you will be allowed to spend only a tiny amount of it. she will buy crap like pictures of flowers and stuff. she may even decide to upgrade to the "good" make-up, which will end up costing you THOUSANDS in the long run.

just tell her you hit a nasty cold streak. and don't forget to buy her something good out of it either, i'm not saying be selfish or anything, just enjoy some of it while the buying decision is yours and yours alone. you won't regret it, my friend.

congratulations!
