Is my calling his overbet on the flop wrong? It seemed like he was weak with such an overbet, he could have QT though.

I'd raise him on the flop and bet out on the turn, as you don't want the board pairing and counterfeiting your bottom pair.
However it was a nice flush bluff on the turn. |
