Default HU, calling preflop raises with marginal hands and flop strategies

bruiser and i were talking about the 45s hand and it brought up maybe an interesting discussion. say you were decide to call something like 45s to a pf raise, in position. how do you plan to make money off of this hand? in other words, what is your strategy post flop to make turn calling preflop into a +EV move. clearly we need to bluff raise the flop a certain % of the time here. so which types of flops would you choose? assume what you wish about your opponent, as this question is pointless if your opponent is one of several types. also assume that he bets something like 75% of the flops in this situation.
