Default a good book

This book may or may not apply to poker...but here are 2 quotes....

"I allow myself to get discouraged too easily. I take getting beaten as a sign I will never be able to win."

"I say that the only rule I know for improving is this: We learn by getting our asses kicked. ...Then I say, if you want to do this the simplest, least humiliating way, you must first learn how to kick your own ass."

This is from "Heft on Wheels" by Mike Magnuson.

Enjoy,

-bdy

P.S. Oh, the book is by and about a fat ass, drunk, smoker who turned things around with cycling. Maybe it applies to poker, maybe not.
