Default My biggest poker mistake ever

I am a 15:30 player. When Small stakes hold'em first came out I decided not to get it until it was available used on half.com to save $10. As a consequence I got it a month later than I would have otherwise.
The title is very misleading it is not a small stakes guide but a guide for playing in games with > 40% seeing the flop. It was very relevant to my game increasing my win rate from 1BB/hour to 1.1BB per hour. The month that I wasted by not having it therefor cost me $480. Dont make the same mistake I did, if you are game selective and care about your win rate get it now!

I like SSH too, but I don't think you can be confident of a .1 BB/hr increase in your win rate with only one (or two?) month's worth of hands.

Hi felson:

Sure you can. But it won't be based on statistics. It will be based on your judgement of what it's worth to know some things better.

Best wishes,
Mason
