Baseball: Sept 27 (YTD 0-2, -1.79)
Was looking at the PIT-PHI game and decided that I should be able to get a nice +120 about Philly, and that I was going to bet it.
They look to be a little overmatched today, although in recent times, Perez might pitch anywhere from brilliant to dismal for the Pirates. Anyway, got to the sports book having spent a good few minutes convincing myself I'd get a nice little shot on a dog because I think Philly would rather be eliminated by other teams winning than by losing themselves and that this motivation would get them through. Imagine my surprise when I saw my bet of the day. Pirates +110 I'm not scared to reverse when the odds appear to make sense to do so. Lori (YTD: 0-2 includes a quarter point win, hence -1.79) |

After two real nasty beats, it was nice to win one this easily
Glad they priced it up in such a stupid manner. Lori |

Re: Baseball: Sept 27 (YTD 0-2, -1.79)
You deserved to finally catch a break. Milton has struggled in the 2nd half mostly and Perez is either going to be great or awful. Tonight he was great (5-hitter). Looked like a toss-up to me so betting the underdog has some value....but +110 wasn't eye-catching enough for me. |
