Blinds in NLHE

Not being experienced in NL which I plan to enter into soon I'm looking for some understanding of the blind structure and its effects upon play.
Site #1 Max Buy In- $200--Blinds $2/$4(33xBlinds)
Site #2 Max Buy IN- $200--Blinds $1/$2(66xBlinds)
New and only casino near home:
Max Buy In- $200--Blinds $5/$5(20xBlinds) [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]
Max Buy In- $500--Blinds $5/$10(33xBlinds)

I wanted to take a short trip to tne new casino and possibly try the NL games but am somewhat put off by the blind structure. Any comments much appreciated.
