Default Beware of Bodog

Just now I was playing at bodog as was my housemate who is on the same IP address. I sat down at $1/2NL table that he was coincidentally sitting at and and it allowed me to sit at his table while he was playing. I sat for one orbit just to see if it could be done, and it allowed me to sit with him no problem. If we wanted to yell across the house to each other it could have been easy, imagine if it had been me playing on 2 computers at the same time.

This can be done at most sites I believe. But why would someone want to put their account at risk? I wouldnt want to!!

Not at Party/skins.

I've accidentally tried to sit at my own table numerous times while 5+ tabling and it won't let me.

The Crypto network is the same way. You can log unto different skins, but it wont let you sit at the same table with them.

While this is certainly a concern, collusion is possible at every site. I would take similar precautions at Bodog to those I would take at any site.

agreed. i'm not overly concerned about this.

if someone really wanted to do this it wouldn't be too hard to have a couple seperate ISP's in the same house.
some of party's little measures make it just less likely that you will 'stumble' accidentally on to some way to collude.

not at ANY sites i have heard of except pacific (and now BODOG). you can play at same site, but *never* the same table at every other site.

avoid these 2 sites or you will get cheated as sure as the sun rises.

Someone sitting at the same table with two IP address... Example: some crack head who get Verizon DSL and Comcast Cable. Lot of money per month for that hook up, but it is possible.
