Default Folding a set of Queens on party 25NL?

I have QQ and ($34) in MP, I raised $3 pf 4 to the flop to AQ4 two of diamonds, two check to me, for some reason(mostly due being on another big pot in another table) I decide to 'slowplay' with a flush and gutshot draw out there, and bet $7 on a $12+ pot, button who has me covered calls and two folds, turn is an J of diamond, I check he type the exact amount of my stack, I use almost all my time and call, a Jack cames on the river and I take it down, fold?
