no download pokersites
At work I play at the Pokerroom cause it's the only site I know where you can play real money games without having to download the software. I'd want to try some other flash version sites too, what are there?
Second question...since I can't download any poker software onto my work computer, is there any way to get around this? I'd prefer to play Empire poker. |

Re: no download pokersites
PokerRoom's Java applet works wonderfully here, and there's plenty of Hold'em players on. The numbers drop off for Omaha and Stud, and more for hi/lo versions, though.
I can't stand Dynamite's software, but their java applet did at least function correctly here. When I was there, their tournaments seemed busy enough, but the ring games seemed deserted. I hadn't heard that Pacific had one. I'll have to try that. |

Just a silly thought, but shouldn't you be working at work.

Pacific Java Problems
I've tried using the pacific java version, I can log in and see the table selection just fine, but when I go to a table I get a gray screen and see flashes of cards now and then. I've tried some different IE settings, but nothing seems to help. Anyone else have this problem and know of a solution?

Re: Pacific Java Problems
Thanks all for tips. Pacific java version worked at home perfectly but not in the office. It loaded up to 90% and then stopped. DynamitePoker seems to work but slow on traffic. I still might give it a shot.

Re: no download pokersites
Is your home computer always connected? (broadband?)
If so, you could always remote control your home computer from work, and play poker that way. You would want to make sure that making such a connection is not against company policy first, of course. If you use WinVNC (free program, realvnc.com), it allows you to connect to your home PC from any java enabled browser. |

Re: no download pokersites
I'll ask our computer guys about this.
But only after I beat Bunny and see some pussy! She's giving me a hard time always hitting quads against my busted flush draws... |

Re: Pacific Java Problems
Weird, stops at 70% here.
Oh well, I'm making good money with PokerRoom, so I'll just stick with it! |
