Comments on this hand?

I had about 110 and mizuni had me covered with ~130. He seemed like a pretty solid player, and he has used this line twice against me before, in which he played weakly on the flop and then minimum raised me on the turn. I am almost sure he made a set one of those previous times, but I am unsure what his holdings were the other time (I folded both hands on the turn). He probably has the impression that I am a pretty aggressive player, as I take down many uncontested pots. I decided that he might make the turn checkraise with a wide range of hands, trying to snap off a suspected bluff from me, so I decided to call and see if he would let me show down cheaply. What would you guys do?
