Default Would you make this call?

I am not sure if this should be in this section or the higher no-limit section, but here ya go:

I moved up to 1/2 NL cash game level this week and was confronted with one of the biggest dollar size hands of my poker career (may be peanuts for some of you, but it was big time money for me at this point)... I would like to know if you would have made the call I faced....

Pre-deal:

-I have $720 sitting one off the button (I'm playing well and have far more than anyone else at the table)...

-seat 3 has $80

-guy on the button has $295

I am dealt Q-Q...

Action is checked to me raise to $15...

guy on the button calls...

so does seat 3...

Flop comes Q-10-J rainbow...

seat 3 checks...

I bet $37...

after about 5 seconds the guy on the button goes all in for approx. $280... (he hadn't made any all-in plays up until that point and was playing fairly tight)...

seat 3 folds...

So there you have it, you are holding 3 queens.. Do you make the call???

I'll wait for several responses and I'll come back and let you know what I did and how it turned out...

No, I put him on AK that flopped nut straight but maybe I'm seeing monsters.

definately a tough decision... at least you have the all-in well covered...

i'm one of those guys that finds it really really hard to lay down top set on the flop...

i will say that my first instict when you said he hesitated the raised all in is that he hit a decently strong hand and didn't want anyone drawing to the straight... my guess would be AQ or two pair...

also, i'm one of those guys that finds it extremely difficult to lay down top set on the flop...

i'd call...

This is totally player dependent. He could either be scared of letting you draw to the straight when he has a hand like a lower set or some two pair, or he has AK and he knows that you are likely to have hit that flop hard so you will call with most of your possible holdings especially when you are likely to have put him on a weaker hand/bluff due to the all in.

But seeing as you don't have that good a read on him, then I would call. Even if you restrict his range of hands to AK/JJ/TT (without any sort of weighting), then you have sufficient odds to call the all in.

I'm with Daaan...I think TT JJ and AK are all equally likely possibilities. Your way ahead with 2 of these hands and not a huge dog(I don't think) if you're up against AK. You have him well covered. I would call.

Interesting responses so far... Here is the result:

I decided to call and 4th street showed a 7 and 5th street a 2 (no flush chances)... Cards are shown and he had the A-K... In frustration I left the table fearful I would go on tilt and blow the rest of my stack... I got up, got a glass of water, went back to the computer and played well the rest of the night...
