Caribbean Sun Bonus

Those of you who play at Caribbean Sun Poker--they offer a $40 bonus per month if you play 250 hands. Being careful,-my question is:
Does this mean you receive $40 for being at the table(of course not sitting out) for 250 hands or;
You have to put money into the pot(play that particular hand) in order to recieve credit for a played hand.

You just have to be dealt a hand.

You get a $40 after you have been dealt 250 hands, regardless of whether you contribute to the pot. The hands DO NOT need to be raked.

Thanks --I just checked again--now the site says you need to play 250 raked hands for the $40--yesterday it was 250 hands.If you play there you might want to check on your bonus requirements. I basically don't trust these give aways as I am always waiting for the ax to fall but that's my problem. Appreciate it.

Follow up on above post--I earlier sent a E-Mail to support and was informed that the 250 hands have to be raked AND "FOLDING A HAND DOES NOT COUNT FOR YOUR 250 HANDS). This is perverse-careful with what is written at BonusWhores or at the site for they are not specific enough.How many Caribbean Sun shills are lurking at this site? C'mon fess up.Yuk

This bonus is not new news carlo. Most of us have been doing it for months if not years. Regardless of what support says, it's only 250 hands. You don't need to contribute money, and they don't have to be raked. You just must be dealt cards.

As far as I know, CS bonus has always been 250 dealt hands. I did this bonus every month since Feb. I've done this bonus last time on Sept 2, and those were the terms. They might have changed that since then, so then this bonus is no longer as good as it was.

I honestly think if you sent 3 emails, 1 day apart you would get three different answers from support. They don't know their arse from their elbow.

I agree 100%. As far as I know, and I did this bonus this month already, nothing has changed.

Their CS knows less about their own site then the players on these forums do.

I completed the Caribbean Sun monthly bonus yesterday and am pretty sure it was just 250 hands (not raked...and I certainly didn't contribute $$ to the pot). I wasn't keeping close track...but I think the Poker-Points thing in the upper-right corner of the lobby just counts your raked hands. And it took me less than 200 poker-points (raked-hands) to reach 250 total hands.


On to pokerplex and then WillHill.
