I cashed some $$$ out of the gaming club last week, asking for it to be sent to my netteller a/c.

Today I got an email saying a cheque has been sent to me, arghhhhhh I can't cash cheques living in Aus, so I sent him a pm explaining the situation.

Within the hour he pm'ed me back with a solution to my problem and waiving the cheque cancellation fee.

What a legend.

What's the problem with cashing the cheques in Oz Dink? Sorry, just curious because I will be moving back home after living in Europe for awhile and didn't know there was an issue. I'm looking forward to getting back =)

My bank,
National Australia, will not cash them, they used to, but then at the start of this year, they said they had to send each cheque away and I had to wait for it to be cleared OS (big fees) no prob, I will wait I think, then I get a phone call saying the cheque has been dishonered. Nothing I can do about it
