Party level time continues during breaks?

I apologize if this has already been addressed, I couldn't find anything in a search. I was playing in a $20+2 MTT on party today and noticed that the level time does not pause during breaks. There was 9 minutes left in level 9 when the 2nd break occured and then when break was over there was 4 minutes left. I don't play tourneys at Party too often. Has this always been the case? I emailed Party support but received the form letter explaining how to use the tourney lobby window (Gee Thanks) [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]. I haven't seen this before online or in B&M and was wondering what is going on? Just doesn't seem right to me.

Your breaks were doing something funky if this really happened. Being as you get a break every hour this should be after level 4 for the first break and after level 8 for the second break.... you shouldnt be playing level 9 at all until after the second break.
