Default Moving Money From Paypal...

I'll post the disclaimer that if this is in the wrong forum, I apologize, but if someone would then move it, I'd appreciate it.

Let's say you have X dollars in Paypal. You want to put those dollars into your account on Party Poker (or any John Q. Internet site).

Paypal will NOT send funds there.

So ... outside of Paypal -> your account -> Party Poker, how would one do this?

(Basically, avoiding the part where it goes to your account.)

Any help would be appreciated -- or a link to a post where this is already covered, if you know of one as I couldn't find one.

It's probably too late now, but I'm amazed that no one set up 'money laundering shop' when PayPal stopped allowing gaming sites.

For a modest fee they charge your PayPal and credit your Neteller. (And all other combinations that people might wish for.)

As far as I know no such beast exists though, so you're going to have to withdraw the money to your bank account. Fortunately PayPal can do EFT/Bank Wire to any account anywhere in the world, which Gimpteller seems unable to even contemplate doing.

You can buy a phone card with Paypal and then use it to deposit into Party. I don't know what the fees are.

phone connect card in the deposit options

I'm investigating an option that does NOT involve moving funds into a real (i.e. my or my friend's) bank account from a PayPal account.

What is this about a phone card with Party Poker...? If you could explain better, I'd appreciate it.

Party has a deposit option by using a phone card (look in the deposit options page). To buy this card, you can use Visa/Mc, etc. One of the options is PAYPAL. My undestanding is you buy the card with PAYPAL and then use the card to deposit into Party. I guess is a way to get around credit cards not allowing depsosit into gambling sites. It sounds lile you are buying a prepaid phone card where the minutes are just dollars you can use to deposit into the site.

So people pay someone to make a player to player transfer for people that want to use Paypal? Doesn't the site have a limit on the amount you can transfer? How do they get the money out?

thanks

one must be very careful with this, but they could set up a paypal transfer business. i don't think you can charge enough to make it worth your while, and if paypal finds out, they may close your account.

if someone were to decide to sell chips via paypal, they need to make sure the payment is sent to you as "quasi-cash", and make the buyer put a note that says "re-payment of loan" in the notes section.

if the buyer sends you money and designates it as payment for a purchase of merchandise, then that person can claim they never received the merchandise from you and can charge you back. if you can't provide paypal with proof of delivery, you automatically lose the chargeback. one chargeback, and all your fee profits from a month would go POOF.

I have used the phone card option in the past, it works fine, and is just as instant as neteller.
