Some tips for Heads up play at Hold\'Em

I realised that, it's hard for me in NL-One table-Tourneys, to finish 1st, when they are still two players left (me and the other guy). (I finished 16 times second and only 2 times 1st out of those selected 18 tourneys).It happened too often, so thast I think I obviously need some tips for Heads-up play,with the BB already at 300$+.

Some advice?
