Default This is a long shot right?

This was my knockout in an online tournament, last night.

Actually it was the death cry of 3 of us....

What are chances of:

AKs, AQo, KQo and AA all in same hand...

and Kxxr flop?

I was the AKs and reduced to a 1 outer....

I've never seen one this ugly live....

Only two of those hands had any business seeing the flop, assuming all in pre-flop.

After the flop, only two hands had any business going forward.

Tough break.

I've seen an all in preflop AA vs. KK vs. QQ. Suprisingly the aces won

I was in a hand where pre-flop 4 players get all-in with AA, AA, KK (me), and QQ. Flop was KQJ, turn was a blank, and river was the case Q.

the story would have been better if the turn was a Ten.

I wasn't looking for sympathy...

I wasn't venting...

I wasn't screaming RIGGED!

Someone else can jump in with the math, because the only point I want to make is this:

It doesn't matter how unlikely the holdings are. If you get the money in when you have the best of it, you'll win your Sklansky Dollars (S$) every time. Sanity in Hold'Em requires that you emotionally brush these sort of occurences off.

Which, unfortunately, he didn't do in this case.
