The problem with your line is that you really don't know where you're at. You need to raise the turn here for 2 reasons 1)You most likely have the best hand 2)you will gain information about your opponents hand. The first reason being way more important than the second. Doing this will allow you to extract the max from this guy when you're ahead.

If UTG+2 had a 5, he would have check-raised the turn after merely smooth calling your flop raise. He wouldn't have bet out on the turn.

Therefore, you're safe in raising the turn.

Thanks all for the advice. I should have raised the turn.

He did in fact turn over a 5. He sure missed a few bets.
