I feel like a fish the way I played this
Paradise .25 BB NL I have around $25, villain has $50
I'm on the button with KK. There's 2 limpers in the pot and then it gets raised up to $2. It's folded to me and I make it $5. One of the limpers (villain) calls $4.75, the other folds, original raiser folds. Flop $12.60 two players QQX. Villain checks, I check. Turn $12.60 two players QQX2. Villain checks, I check again. River $12.60 two players QQX2X. Villain bets $45 (all-in), I call $20 (all-in) Results: I show KK for 2 pair, kings and queens Villain shows Q2 offsuit for a full house queens full of deuces. Villain collects $52.60 |

Re: I feel like a fish the way I played this
He gave you two free cards and the chance to make a move, and then reels you in on the river with an all-in. Slow play for sure, and pretty freaking sneaky.

Re: I feel like a fish the way I played this
How deep do the stacks have to be so that Villain can justify calling with Q2 when he's 100% sure that Hero would call an all-in if Villain made his hand?

Re: I feel like a fish the way I played this
i think your play was pretty poor, bet out on the flop. however he called 20% of your stack so over time you make money on his call.
