Default losing seconds at partypoker

Every once in awhile ( like right now ) , after each hand that goes by, it seems like I fall a second or two behind. When it comes to me, my buzzer is already ringing and I have 20 seconds to act. The next time 18 and so on until I close it and come back and it starts all over again. Playing tournaments is such a hassle I see about 5 hands at a time. Anyone ever seen this before? Thanks for any help.

Dave

Hi,

I also had this problem for quite a while when I first got my new pc, and it sure did suck. It can get really bad because once the seconds get down to 0 your hands start mucking. I never found a good solution, although closing party down and/or resetting helps. If you have a firewall you can lock out party, quit it, then restart it, and give it back net access, without losing your seats.

Replacing the annoying bell sound is also a must.

Like the other poster, one day it just stopped happening.

Good Luck,
Punter
