I would also like to know. I am new on the forums and I am running into some I can not figure out. If somebody has time, could they make a quick list of the acronyms that are normally used. Thanks for helping out a newbie.

Ive only been around here for a couple weeks, but I think they mean:

OESD- Open end straight draw
MHIG- My hand is garbage (or something similar)

to the left is an abbreviation post, it should help you in finding the answers you seek

OESD= Often Eat Salty Drawers
MHIG= My Hamster Is God

MTT - multi table tournament (where I get busted out on the bubble)

sng - sit and go tournament (where I get busted out first)

rotfl - roll on the floor laughing (what the other players do when they see my hand)

lmao - laugh my ass off (what the other players do when they see the first group laughing at my hand)

dd - drawing dead (what I do on my all-in bets)

meafo - my eyeballs are falling out (what happens when I multi-table and read the forum)

pwc - (pay with cash) what I do at the store after my Party Poker account sends money to my Neteller account which sends money to my checking account which I collect at the bank.
