Silly question, help me.

Could someone please, very carefully, explain me how to get a picture as an avatar.

1 - The picture must already be out on the internet. It must be at a site that allows remote linking (e.g. NOT geocities).

2 - Go to the My Home link at the top of the forum.

3 - Scroll down to the Personal Information link.

4 - Scroll down to the section where it shows your current avatar.

5 - Click the button next to where it asks for the URL

6 - Paste/type in the URL to your avatar.

7 - Click Submit
