Default Do you factor the rake or drop into pot odds?

I know online the rake is taken every betting round so the pot is adjusted, but what about live? Are you supposed to factor in the rake at the end and adjust the pot to determine the correct pot odds...My assumption is that the rake is nominal and implied odds would make up for the negligible rake.

When playing live, i keep track of how much is in the pot. I just subtract the drop on the flop. It's $5 in Detroit
