Default Flop Second Nuts, Fold River?

BB is playing tight and I haven't seen him get out of line.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, Hero raises, CO calls, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, CO folds, BB calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, BB caps, Hero calls.

River: (12.25 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 14.25 BB

Do I have to make the crying call here? I honestly believe it is -EV.

What hands do you think a tight decent player could have here?
Is he capping me on the turn as a bluff?

You look screwed to me. I would probably call for my sanity but I think you can lay it down against someone you know to be normal.

Like Tosh said, you are in trouble here and will most likely lose. But its one more bet in a large pot, just call it.
