The CO here is very loose/semi-agressive and will bet when checked to 99% of the time, regardless of pre-flop action.

Well thats easy, flop a set and win lots of money.

Notice, he didn't coldcall a raise with 22 here, he limped and got raised. Calling here is automatic.

If you are not going to fold you should not have bet the river to begin with.

You say he always bets when checked to so why not check and call the river?
