Home Game Tournament Rules
A friend of mine is organizing a tournament that will have somewhere between 20-40 players. He wants to make sure he has a good set of rules on hand. Anyone have a link to a good list of rules?

Yeah, what doubledown said. That site is super informative and has everything from blind structures to all of the rules with links to print them out. Good luck.
