W$ is money that can only be used to buy into WCOOP events and T$ is money that can only be used to buy into normal tournaments. You get this money when you win into a tournament through a satelite, but then unregister.

T$ and W$ exist on Pokerstars. If you win a satellite, but unregister, your account is credited with T$ equivalent to the buyin for the tourney you won entry to....also, they can only be used to enter tournaments.

W$ are similar, but can only be used for WCOOP events, I believe.

Doubledown,
Did you type this in backwards? Why would you want to trade T$ for W$?
W$ can ONLY buy you entry into WCOOP events.
T$ can buy you entry into WCOOP events AND any other tournament.

In other words, T$ can buy everything that W$ can buy PLUS MORE. Do you really want to trade T$ into W$ or the other way around? If it’s the other way around, you may expect to trade them at a discount since W$ are worth less because of their restrictions. (But I’ve seen others trade them for even $)

You may want to visit http://tradepoker.com/index.asp to facilitate trading online dollars.

I was unaware that T$ could be used for WCOOP events, only normal tournaments.

I registerd for the $500 NLHE tournament on Sunday using a combination of $W & $T, so I know it can be done. Good luck!
