Default 98s, plan for the river

Pretty loose table, PokerTracker says I have 42 hands with the SB (VPIP 42.2, PFR 2.22) and 22 hands with CO (VPIP 72.7, PFR 4.55)

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, Hero calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB raises, BB folds, Hero calls, CO calls.

Flop: (7 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, CO calls, SB calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB calls.

What's the river plan?
