Default $60 if you guess right

week 3 of playing full time and its all good - i got a big flat screen that fits 4 tables with no overlap - i miss the comparitive intimacy of overlapping screens on my laptop but seeing all the tables all the time is so good for my game it should be cheating - after several weeks of playing whenever i liked i decided to set a budget and inspired by the devil the budget is 1500 hands a day - about 4 hours - that leaves me an hour or 2 to play some different games and lots of time to cook and clean

she who must be obeyed is another 2K behind in the battle of the earn after this week - the big issue for me now is how to best spend the delight i will experience when she who must be obeyed discovers she is the minor bread winner

she who must be obeyed takes no interest in cards - she used to but in the early days of our relationship we got into a card game with freinds late one night - its a long and predictable story but after that she swore never to play cards again and hasnt - it may be that i am a terrible winner - when i have broached the topic i get the hand and reminded that as long as i produce 2K a week she doesnt want to know

winning an argument with she who must be obeyed is hard work - so far its me 3 - she who must be obeyed 1,232 - a bad record considering i was formerly a barrister - to win i need an indecent quantity of cash produced in an outrageously offhand fashion - any suggestions welcome

i have heard the whining about boring hands and felt guilt - this weeks hand is a little different than bet/call all the way

10/20 game - UTG+1 open raises and i 3 bet in the cutoff with AhKs - button folds - the SB is a big chook and he calls - UTG+1 calls

flop is Js 6d 9d - checked to me and i bet - SB calls and UTG+1 folds

turn is 5c - check/bet/call

river is 2s - the SB bets out - hmmm - i call

stripsqueez - chickenhawk

Its hard when they wont let facts and logic stand in the way of a good argument.

Default 22

Tough choice between a crappy PP, of which 22 is the most obvious, A2 and 72s/82s. Any A seems reasonable, suited 72 or 82 he probably plays. That bet out on the River seems so typical of the "I've made a hand and don't want it checked thro" mentality, I really believe the 2 helps him. Ho-hum. He believes you have AK, or a flush draw so he probably does this with the other hands as well.

I'll take my chance with A2...

Is it possible to guess correct at the first try? I sure hope so .
