I preordered mine from www.highstakes.co.uk but haven't received it yet. They were saying it should be dispatched by the end of July, but I'll ring them tomorrow and see what they say.

Sadly I haven't Tosh, but mines coming with Super System and Poker Essays 1-3, so it might be a while. But then I think they may have decided to ship it seperately anyway.
Chuck told me it should be sent early _this_ week, and with the express delivery I added I'm hoping I have it for the weekend.

I'm desperate to get my hands on some new reading material too.
