Default Is there any difference between these two bets

Hi All,
I've been thinking about this situation and I'm not sure if the following decision comes down to just a matter of personal preference or not.
You are playing in a SNG tournament. You are the chip leader at this point and the small stack has say 375 in chips. You in a hand heads up against the small stack. Do you bet 375 or do you bet All In? Is there any meaningful difference between the two bets? Does it have a 'different feel' to the small stack? Fwiw, I tend to bet the 375 here, as I feel Its more likely to persuade a call as it looks like Im trying to bully the small stack.

I always push or bet more than what I think he has, since he may have an extra chip or something I can't see. Online, I don't want to misclick, so I go a little more.
