Default I have no idea how to play this hand

I just realized I have no idea how to play this hand.

Fold PF? 3-bet Flop? Fold turn? Misplayed on every street?

Opponent seems somewhat tight, but no real strong read.. only been together for an orbit.

Looks good to me. Sounds like you were up against J10 or 77 or Ax. MP3s raise on the flop likely helped you win the hand. What did you put him on since he called your pre-flop raise?

Range of hands I put him on were 88-AA, any 2 face cards, AT. I may have misrepresented his tightness. He is somewhat tight, but no where near 2+2 tight. He was (later) seen to overvalue face cards and undervalue suited connectors, etc. No chance he has any low connectors here.

Go head and 3bet when you flop top pair, top kicker.

Me too, I could write a book about the hands I have no idea how to play Suited connectors would get their own chapter.

Maybe I'm getting agressive but here's how I play it.

PF:
I raise if I'm playing AJo here, so I like your play.

Flop:
I guess I three bet and see what happens. His raise could mean anything from a flopped str8 to him having 10-2o and he's trying to buy a free card on the turn. I think 3 betting may help in narrowing his hand down.

Turn:

If he just calls the 3-bet, I lead the turn. If he caps, I'm not sure. It would depend on my read of his play up to this point. Maybe call down, maybe check fold if I haven't improved. That's why I guess I three bet the flop.

River:

Again, i lead out if he just calls my turn bet.

I'm guessing you won this hand and were up against either J10 or QJ. But I'm so bad at reading hand these days maybe he had a horribly played QQ.

Edit: hand guesses

Id three-bet on the flop; if he caps it, you may have run into a flopped str8 or a set. If you didnt have a read on him yet, though, I think you proceeding by check & call was a cautious (& thus correct)decision

Player showed KQo and turned the winner.

I think not 3-betting the flop was a huge mistake, and can cost me the whole pot if I don't do that.

Thanks for comments.
