question about Orleans open

I was just reading the results on pokerpages when i notice that 3% of prize pool go directly to tourney dealers. On top of that there is a entry fee which is a given. But if they take out 3% is there a point to tipping if you come in the money? If so then how do you adjust what you tip to this?
