Default Presto UTG

Same SNG as the Kx hand. 3rd level 25/50 blinds, we're 7 handed at this table. I have 2480. I get 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] UTG. Limpers have begat limpers so far so I limp, 2 more limp, SB completes, BB checks. 5 players (250).

Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Nice rainbow no draw flop for my set. I'm mulling over how to exact the maximum from the table (I'm planning to check) when BANG! SB goes all-in for 4300!!

Huh????

Does anybody *not* call?

of course not. do you really think he would push with QQ? I don't. You're ahead here. Take it.

IMO he could only have 2-2, 2-5, q-2 or q-5 to do that. I cannot believe that being in good chip position (4300) and flopping trips in an unraised pot QQ is playing that way.

In any of those cases, I would call.

Disagree entirely. His all-in bet might be to scare off QK etc as he's holding two low pair but if he flopped set of queens he's going to milk it much more.

No way can I believe Kurn is behind here.

Twas a joke =) I posted the same thing to the AA post earlier today. This call is so clear to me. How could you possibly justify a fold?

Please.

I'm eager to hear what happened. Normally with a post like this you expect to be told they came up against QQ or something that hit runner runner. With Kurn, a respected poster, I can't think this is the reason, so I am curious although I would never think at all about not calling.
