Default Th Pacific scam!!

Instead of playing I watched Pacif for a few days and was amazed at what I found.

The flop %% is not what it seems. The players are NOT what they seem.

1st of all flop percentage.

You see 67% and think you are getting to a loose table. However - what you are seeing is a percentage from a LONG TIME ago when the table was just frming from a short handed table. Also Players come and go so much and get disconnected that it is not uncommon to have an 8 handed table for many many hands.

Thus - the flop that is posted is way higher then what you are actually playing. I tracked tables for 2 hours and the REAL flop was 15 to 30%% less then posted on the site at times. Once I tracked a table and after 1/2 hour the site had 64% when I had 42%.

Then there are the players. The site is very passive after the flop, once the flop hits MOST of the time the players will fold.

There are normally 5 tight to VERY tight players at a table, 3 fish that see the flop 50% of the time and fold when they don't hit - butterflies and a few disconnects- they come, they go, the sharks trap them with raises. Collusion? maybe not in the true sense but there are a LOT of regulars that play at the same table.

I will not play there.

We already suspected that.. there was another thread on this not long ago, where even *I*, just scouting the games for someone else thought the numbers did not reflect the tables.

Good to see someone take the time and have the responsibility to investigate this!

What limits are you talking about? I agree the "stats" they provide don't seem to have any basis in reality, and I find the constant disconnects VERY annoying. But I play at the low levels (.50/1, 1/2, and sometimes 2/4) and the games are very profitable. The "happy hour" bonuses are a gift from God (fish quotient skyrockets). There have been instances where it seemed something funny was going on though. So I'm curious to know which levels you played at.

I am +250 BB at Pacific's 15/30 game over 2 months.

I have no intention of leaving Pacific anytime soon.

2/4 and below - I'm not saying the place is unprofitable - I'm just saying it's not all it appears.

Gamblor - 250BB in 2 months is not anything to brag about! It's only $3750 a month. I've done 1/2 that playing $4 tables at Party.

Of coursenot, you keep winning, and your probably still waiting for that cashout to hit your neteller account. Just kidding, but it does take just about a week for funds to hit.

I wonder this about flop percentage and pot size for all sites. For instance Party, the pot size, what is that based on? Average of last 10, 20, 100 hands? Does it include the uncalled bet? I tried asking party for these answers could not get them...

Absolutely it takes about a week.

According to the Pacific website, it's something like 1 day to process (after which you can't reverse withdrawal), 3-5 business days to verify (basically question if you'll ever see the money) then 1-2 days for it to hit the account (get an email and continue to wonder)

FWIW Once in a while when I have a Pacific withdrawal hitting my account, I get money sent from Casino-On-Net for some reason.

They own the site, which is the only good news about Pacific Poker. Casino-On-Net is one of the biggest online casinos. For them to go bankrupt and steal your money, it'd be like Enron or MCI going bankrupt........oh wait.....
